I recommend using 100% infill, because it will help with the top layers. Also I suggest using supports but be aware when cutting them off because the elevators trim tab is very sensitive, so it might break off if you are not careful enough. In the end it will need some polishing (layers at top are visible), even paste, but it will definitely fit perfect to the tail.
