This model is built exactly to scale and fully textured, featuring a lot of exterior detail that creates a realistic appearance when it's in flight animations. Control surfaces are highly animateable, including both the inboard and outboard flaps, ailerons, elevators, and rudder. The landing gear can be either retracted or removed entirely, with the option to close or remove landing gear doors. The provided textures and materials match exactly as shown. This model is a low-to-medium poly built model with fewer than 17000 polygons. The Boeing 737 is a twinjet narrow-body airliner designed for short- to medium-range flights. The initial 737-100 model was launched in 1965, entering commercial service with Lufthansa in February 1968. It is the smallest version of the 737 aircraft ever built. In total, 30 Boeing 737-100s were ordered and delivered; the final commercial delivery took place on October 31, 1969 to Malaysia–Singapore Airlines. No more 737-100s are in use today as part of regular commercial air travel services. The original prototype of the 737 aircraft is now an exhibit at the Museum of Flight in Seattle after a distinguished career that lasted for over three decades, ultimately concluding with its service in NASA.
