It comes fully textured with materials and textures included, as well as animateable parts like ailerons, flaps, elevators, rudder, landing gear, landing gear doors, and turbines. Available in various formats, it was based on the McDonnell Douglas MD-95 after Boeing's acquisition of the company. The Boeing 717-200 had a capacity of 106 to 134 passengers and ranges of 1430 nmi (standard) or 2060 nmi (ER/high gross weight version), powered by JT8D-217C or JT8D-219 engines. Despite its rebranding, competition from other regional jets led to the cancellation of orders and eventually closed production in 2006.
