I'm replacing the worn-out handle on my Bodymax dumbbell bar with a brand new one. The old handle was made of flexible rubber, but it had broken down completely, rendering it useless for weightlifting exercises. The new handle features a sturdy design that ensures a secure grip, even during intense workouts. Measuring 24mm in diameter, the center hole is perfectly sized to fit the dumbbell's metal rod, providing a smooth and seamless connection.
