The first step is to design and build a physical form that can sustain life. This requires creating a skeleton, muscles, organs, and a circulatory system. The skeleton provides structural support, while muscles enable movement and maintain posture. Organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys perform vital functions like breathing, filtering waste, and regulating hormones. A functional body also needs a nervous system to process information and coordinate actions.
