Body harness components
thingiverse
I design and craft body harnesses for diverse purposes such as BDSM, cosplay, and animal roleplay. The central joint point of my harness features metal rings, but they are pricey due to their round shape, which causes wrinkles in the straps. To overcome this issue, I created innovative plastic "rings" that provide a sturdy and visually appealing solution. The bottom part is square-shaped, while the top part boasts a pentagonal design. Both shapes are strong enough for use with 30 mm straps. The harness components are designed to be compatible with store-bought buckles and other plastic accessories, which can also be easily 3D printed if preferred. However, these readily available items are relatively inexpensive, rendering 3D printing unnecessary. Here are the available parts: Hollow versions include a "ring" design as seen in photographs, while solid construction offers additional features such as holes for straps. Available designs include: Pentagonal top part (harness_5.stl) Square bottom part (harness_4.stl) Solid constructions with strap holes: Pentagonal top part (harness_5F.stl) Square bottom part with four holes (harness_4F.stl) Square bottom part with three holes (harness_3F.stl) Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Prusa i3 MK2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 100 % Notes: I recommend printing with 100 % infill for maximum strength, but you can adjust the infill percentage if the harness is intended primarily for display purposes.
