Trying to adapt this excellent extruder from eMotiontech Rework 1.5 to a Geeetech Prusa i3 requires some modification: For now, I've expanded the body of the extruder to give more room for any j-head/E3D hotend or its clones. Report success or failure in comments here, please. PS: I am not the creator of this object - it was merely modified for my own use. Instructions Attempting to adapt a well-made extruder from eMotionTech Rework 1.5 for a Geeetech Prusa i3. For the time being, I've changed the body of the extruder to allow more room for various j-head/E3D hotends. The 30mm fan arm has been altered to be 40mm in size. Additionally, the part called "wall" that attaches to the x-carriage was reinforced. Now is the difficult part: incorporating an MK8 drive gear (or similar ones with approximate sizes) into this setup. It's being worked on right now.
