Cutting circles are determined by several measurements including base thickness set to two units. Grommet diameter expands radially four times further in each direction from this starting point. Width and length of a cutout around the power plug extend outward for twenty units on one side and thirty eight units across. An entirely round switch or socket outlet gets zero diameter, eliminating its outline. Similarly no visible mark appears in the cutting pattern near the screw that will anchor it into place through holes. This screw receives circular cut out of single unit radius surrounding it. Standard rectangular length remains forty inches and actual rectangular width remains at 110 inches from point to point with equal spacing along either edge, while other rectangular section height remains set high at fourty one units in all cases measured end to end or point to center for a rectangle that would contain two smaller units placed side by side without touching the frame edges.
