In my latest project, I opted for different motors and thus needed new arm designs. During this process, I considered various mounting options for my quad-copter build. Nylon screws seemed commonplace but scarce in my supplies. This led me to explore alternative methods, such as using zip ties due to their low cost and ease of availability. Consequently, I am currently testing a unique approach that involves utilizing zip ties to secure small quad-copter motors. Additionally, I have designed an arm with screw mounting holes but have yet to print it. To implement these new arms, simply replace the original ones on your bodgie design.
