Boc Aseca's lightsaber from Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II There isn't much reference material to speculate on its design, so this model is a compilation of ideas from many makers about what it might have looked like. Boc used two lightsabers that locked together and could be separated for use individually. No clip was needed for this one; instead, Boc secured his lightsaber on his back using a leather holster. I haven't printed the pieces yet, so some adjustments may be necessary to make it run smoothly. The emitter fits a 1" blade and has a lip further down to prevent it from going all the way through the tube. Since there are two sabers, you'll need to print everything twice except for the Choke/Lock; you'll need to print four of those. For one saber: Print Choke1 x2 Print Lock1 x2 The locks were designed for me to hold 6mm Neodymium magnets in one saber and 6mm steel rods that protrude into the opposite lock for a strong hold, allowing it to be repeatably taken apart.
