BobSweep Pethair Wheel

BobSweep Pethair Wheel

I recently had a problem with my BobSweep PetHair robot vacuum's original tread, which had developed a tear in its original tread. Instead of paying $40 to replace the entire wheel assembly that includes the motor and wiring, I decided to simply swap out just the wheel and tread itself. Using an existing model as a reference, I designed a new tread that closely matches the original one that came with my BobSweep PetHair robot vacuum. However, when I tried installing this new wheel on my bot, it didn't fit properly at all. I started from scratch and created a brand-new wheel design that is even more similar to the original wheel than my first attempt. This way, you can choose to print an entire new wheel assembly or just the parts you need. The good news is that the original Wheel lid is fully compatible with this new wheel main. The bad news is that the new tread I designed is not backwards compatible. After experiencing the same issue twice, I realized that the feature holding the tread onto the wheel was not robust enough, so I made sure to redesign it for added strength.
