I'm extremely grateful to Dricketts for that fantastic scan! All I had to do was get it ready for printing by importing it into MeshLab, which helped me even out the texture a bit for a smoother print. Next, I split the back of the skull off as its own piece so I could position and print the skull with minimal support material needed (although there's still some required, mainly in the eyes area). But the good news is that it cleans up really well. I also made sure to give the jaw a flat surface for printing, which will make it easy to sit level on my shelf when finished.
