This is a size U bobbin for heavy-duty sewing machines. It's manufactured in two pieces and assembled by press fitting them together. I apply a small amount of super glue inside to prevent them from rotating. This version features a central hole that's .3mm larger than the shaft diameter. If there's any resistance, running a 6 or 6.5 mm drill bit through will help. This model has undergone revisions since its initial release to be slightly thicker towards the center, reducing the likelihood of the walls flexing out when winding. These bobbins are designed for use with various heavy-duty sewing machines and may also work with other models.
