Boba Fett EE-3 Trigger & Hammer

These components are the trigger guard and hammer for my Boba Fett EE-3 blaster replica. The photo displays it in its current unpainted state. Trigger & Guard I decided to combine the trigger and guard as a single piece. You can either print the entire object or use the left/right side files to print the two halves and bond them together. This is what I did, simply gluing the pieces together with super glue. The guard has two 3mm screw holes which allow the object to be secured firmly to the wooden body. Hammer The hammer can also be printed as a single piece or in two halves. It features three 4mm pegs that enable it to be inserted and glued securely into the blaster's wooden body. Although I created these components for my EE-3, you could use them for other custom prop weapons. I will update the photos once I've made more progress. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Fisher Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Post-Printing If you glue the two halves together, some sanding/filing may be required to conceal the joint. How I Designed This This object was designed in FreeCAD. I imported a picture as a template, drew a sketch, and then added layers to the required height. I mirrored the object to create both halves.
