Boba Fett EE-3 Handle Grips
thingiverse
Here are two custom grips designed specifically for my Boba Fett EE-3 blaster, crafted using 3D printing technology at a scaled-down size of 95%. The resulting grip is slightly smaller than the original template used as inspiration. These grips are securely attached to the wooden handle via a metal bolt passing through their center hole. While not strictly necessary for holding the blaster together, the presence of this bolt will undoubtedly enhance its overall appearance once the paint begins to wear off, revealing the underlying metal beneath. My goal is to incorporate some added texture into the side sections of these grips in order to give them a more tactile feel. I plan on providing an update with new photos as soon as I've made further progress on this project. Print Settings: - Printer Brand: RepRap - Printer Model: Fisher - Use Rafts: No - Supports: No - Resolution: 0.2mm - Infill Percentage: 25% Notes: To ensure that these grips would be sturdy enough, I opted to increase the infill percentage beyond what is typically used in order to achieve a more solid result. By printing at 95% scale, I aimed to create a better fit for my blaster.
