Bob's Lock - a sliding block puzzle

thingiverse

Bob's Lock is a sliding block puzzle that challenges players to manipulate the interlocking pieces, ultimately removing one piece from the exit point. To assemble this puzzle, print out the individual parts - top, bottom, and two plates of puzzle pieces - via STL files: puzzle-top.stl, puzzle-bottom.stl, puzzle-pieces-plate-1.stl, and puzzle-pieces-plate-2.stl. As you begin assembly, carefully file down any burrs that may develop due to the closely fitted pieces. Follow the layout guidelines shown in layout.jpg (viewable here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m588oZtYT-k) to ensure accurate positioning of each piece. When securing the components together with screws, avoid over-tightening, as this can cause unnecessary strain on the assembly. If you find that the pieces remain stubbornly tight even after proper tightening, consider adjusting the "clearance" parameter in the .scad files. This should help achieve a smooth fit between the interlocking parts.
