Thingiverse
I reworked this "thing" https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4257070 to allow the use of a 16mm tube to hold the bullets. This is the inner part, to complete the die you have to print the outher part from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4257070 and the lock-ring from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3307923To make it working two extension springs 13/64 x 13/16 , and a 4mm metal bearing ball are needed. The parts may need to be reworked with a little rasp/sand paper and utility knife to make to slide well and to let the bearing ball to fit in the hole without passing. The ball has to be placed in one of the 4 holes - which hole depends on the type and length of the bullet
