I created these to replace my worn-out rubber valves, with a 2.75" outer diameter featuring a 2.5" screw pattern. To achieve optimal results, I designed the valve and backer in TPU, while printing the support ring in PETG. A straightforward, practical print is always satisfying! For best performance, ensure that the two TPU parts are printed with their bottom sides facing each other, creating a seamless flat mating surface that's not strictly necessary but highly recommended for perfect alignment.
