Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM) is a critical specification: it's capped at 750 kg. The maximum overall length of the boat is strictly enforced at 5000 mm, while its beam is limited to a maximum of 1750 mm. The trailer itself weighs in at a substantial 180 kg. A sturdy frame is built from a robust C-channel measuring 60x30x7.5 mm, supplemented by 50x4 pipes and 25x2 pipes for added strength. The suspension system relies on a transverse leaf spring paired with two longitudinal control arms and track rods for stability. To ensure the boat remains secure, it rests on adjustable hull supports that feature handles at their ends for easy attachment. These supports are crafted from durable 50x4 pipes, topped off with protective covers to safeguard against damage.
