I purchased a new 50-liter gasoline tank for my boat and securely attached it to the bow area. To fill the tank, I decided to use a gas pump nozzle adapter in the GFK shell with a gasoline-stable tube (inner diameter 38mm). All available connecting parts on the web didn't fit perfectly on top of the tank. Therefore, I chose to test the Gasoline+2-Stroke Oil Constancy of PLA-> it works great. This innovative solution was custom-made for the original tank cover (blue), a 90-degree 1 1/2 inch tube, and a three-step adapter (37.5mm, 50mm, 58mm). It was challenging to measure the original thread so I designed some test prints in multiple iterations for both threads (cover & 90-degree tube). In the top section, I added a 16mm tube adapter for the tank vent and an infill guide to prevent gasoline leaks.
