To maintain a boat fridge when not in regular use, leave the doors open by inserting Part-1 between the freezer and fridge doors, locking them together as one unit. Then, fit Part-2 into the usual metal hole at the top of the fridge, typically used for securing the freezer door shut. This allows air circulation through the fridge while preventing it from swinging in rough waters.
