For electron microscopists, create thick sections of epoxy-embedded tissue samples using 10mm triangular glass knives; these are difficult to find but essential for the process. Print 12 or more boats in ABS, ensuring reversal settings are accurate to avoid strings and nipples. Seal and waterproof the boats with acetone before attaching to the glass knife using nail polish. A rotated version is also available for improved printing.
