Boat Bimini for monster tower
thingiverse
Make with electrical conduit, you can also purchase curved electrical conduit for the 90 degree elbows. Can purchase at any hardware store and is very affordable. You will need a 1 clamp front, 1 clamp latch, 2 clamp middles 2 tether point for poles and 1 clamps with attachment point for each side of the boat, so double of each. Make sure to print all the conduit connectors lying sides so the printer is printing the long way otherwise they break. You will have to also attach the poles to the boat with a line (cord) on both sides front and back. This will help you level it as well as make it strong for the winds. Everything is printed 100% and supports for the conduit connectors. I used PETG I used this all last summer on my ski boat and had no problems. I just used a piece of tarp that I sowed up so the conduit fits in. It will require one more cross piece so the tarp doesn't flap in the wind. Hopefully I will get to that this winter. Happy boating while in the shade :-)
