Board mount for Anycubic Trigorilla
thingiverse
The original laser-cut acrylic board mount for the Anycubic Kossel broke apart during assembly, so I came up with a brand new design. This custom mount is specifically made to fit the Trigorilla board snugly between two 20mm aluminum extrusions. If you notice any cracks in the main mount, you'll likely need to use friction-welding filament with a rotary tool around the plate to fortify the layers. You will also need to tap the board hole mounts for machine screws. Alternatively, you can use small flathead screws as well. I've added an extra side support for the other end of the board. If you don't frequently change pieces or access the board itself, you won't need to print or install this feature. You can utilize a rafter to achieve a smoother finish on the exterior surface. I simply sanded down the surface myself.
