Board Clamp

I needed a way to secure a 1-inch thick board tightly against another for gluing in a cramped space. To accomplish this, I designed and created two custom clamp holders - one featuring a square end and the other a round end - due to the varying shapes of the wood involved. To minimize the amount of PLA used, I strategically placed holes along the clamping section of both holders. Print Settings: Printer Brand: FlashForge Printer Model: FlashForge Creator Pro Rafts: Disabled Supports: Disabled Resolution: 0.2mm Infill Density: 10% Notes: The print was executed using Black PLA filament, which was already loaded in the printer at the time of printing. Post-Printing: The clamp holders performed flawlessly with no issues encountered, allowing me to apply sufficient pressure for a secure bond between the two boards.
