As an owner of an Ender 3v2, I don't have the luxury of printing these helmets in one go. They have to be broken up and glued together. Jace1969's Bo Katan helmet looks good, but I ran into a few issues. 1. The split version comes in one file which requires you to cut it to print pieces separately. 2. The cut pieces are also cut at 45 degree angles which can make assembly awkward. 3. The top portion of the helmet has very awkward fit. As of now, I really can't figure out how it's supposed to be attached. So I went ahead and cut the whole helmet in a way that I think will be easier for assembling it. Everything is cut at 90 degree angles and most importantly, the top is cut so the dome is already attached. I have not actually constructed this version yet. I already printed the originals so I am trying to make them work before spending a week printing these again. However, I do believe that they would be easier to work with and I figured that I would share in case someone else wants to give it a shot.
