BNBSX / R4 Top Cover PTFE Collet Clamp

Printable BNBSX top cover features a tool-less, screw-tight collet clamp that secures 4.0 mm PTFE with a finger twist-on nut. Unlike the PC4-M10 connector, this reusable clamp top is fully printable. Nut orientation matters; the nut has a taped thread and will only fit in one direction, with the conical end facing down. This top cover is provided separately from the BNBSX extruder because it can also be used on other extruders with Prusa R4 top cover topology. These include the Prusa MK3S's R4 and Butterworth extruders. It's perfect for inbound PTFE bowden from dry boxes or Palette 2. This cover is not compatible with the Prusa Chimney. For MMU2S, see the full BNBSX, which replaces the chimney with an internal sensor lever. Print in PTFE or Polycarb for maximum strength. A common mistake is expecting a built-in LED light; there isn't one on the stock sensor. The indicator LED is a user-modified feature.
