I needed bar ends because, let's face it, BMX riding is a high-risk activity and without them you're taking a serious gamble. So, I hope this helps some of you out - use 100% infill if you can, but I tried that with 10% and they didn't work right. The fit was all wrong so you'll have to hit one side in by hand, but the other will probably fit perfectly fine. If needed, just slap a flat board on it and tap it in place - easy peasy. I made some for my friend and they were a little too small, so I scaled them up a bit and voila! They worked like a charm. Just to give you a tip, try making one and doing 10% infill first to see if it'll fit before committing to the full print.
