BMW R1200GS Headlight Dust Cap 2004 -

This is a bigger headlight dust cap for a BMW R1200GS 2004 model (confirmed but it should fit newer models as well) for LED conversion. Due to a heatsink or a mini-fan usually found on these types of bulbs, the original cap (part number 63127674984) does not fit and requires drilling and modifications. I have scoured the web and I haven't found anything that fits or is open-source and free for an older GS motorbike, so I decided to make my own. It has the same locking principle and the original O-ring is required for a watertight seal. It should fit most LED lights with plenty of room for cables and connectors. No support required, except at the top under the locking teeth (in Cura you can set to print support only at the top - see images). Feel free to post comments and/or recommendations.
