I wanted to replace the power socket on my 2015 R1200GSA with a twin USB socket but wanted to retain the original socket for charging the bike among other things. I relocated the original power socket to above the clocks in the free space using this bracket and made a power splitter so I could fit 2 sockets instead of one. I have also added a cover to make it neat if you still have the original clear plastic piece on the front of the bike. I have replaced mine with an all black unit so it doesnt really matter. I also have some screen braces fitted so this is spaced off the side by about 5mm. You should be ok still though as there appears to be room. Any issue just use 2 bolts to space it off. I replaced the original fixings on the bike with longer M6's so there was plenty of extra thread to fit this. All appears fine but if you have any ideas or feedback please let me know. If this was some use to you please tip me a beer :) Thanks
