On my 2002 R1150GS motorcycle when I upgraded the headlight I could no longer fit the original cap. I made these connectors so that I could plug into the original wiring harness and not hack anything up. I used Molex .093 male pins for the connections. I also use a dab of hot glue at the back to seal up the connection. While this will pretty much lock into the original harness I would recommend using a zip tie to secure it just in case. There are 2 slightly different connectors - the one that has High Beam in the name is for the white connector on the motorcycle. This controls the high beam only light.
