Custom toolbox for 2008 BMW F800GS. I believe it will fit all F800 (attached picture of my under seat area, so you can compare before print). I printed all parts separately and glued them all together with CA glue, I often choose this method to avoid supports. If you like, you can use supports, especially between 1 and 2 parts and print it as a single piece. For the magnetic cover I used 8pcs 10x1.5mm magnets, glued with CA as well. The toolbox is held by tabs on the backside and m5 bolt on the front side. You can print yourself handscrew knob, so you will be able to remove toolbox without tools! You will have to cut off tab 1,2,3,4 (see pictures) Make an m5 thread in hole 5 Use 6,7 hooks, so if you still use original rubber band holders you will have to modify them as the toolbox will be interfering with those tabs on the rubber bands, maybe these can be rotated? I don't know, I don't have them :))
