BMW F650GS LED Conversion

Shell with TPU vibrations dampers to convert the headlight on a 2000-2007 BMW F650GS Dakar with a LED projector Headlight. Modelled to use this Projector Headlight: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000349770453.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4duedrLx Wiring is tricky as the bike switches off the low beam (in this case the LED) when you switch to high beam. Two 10W Diodes in parallel from each H+L beam solves the problem. For use with M5 bolts for adjustments bolts 80mm min. Clamp a Nyloc in between the front and rear shell with a TPU buffer in front and behind each. The "Mount Buffer" is used to for securing the M5 bolts to the Bike's shell...M5 Nyloc front and rear. I used a small sponge as a dust filters for the vent and fan "inlet" as the LED can get quite hot in slow off-road rides. M3 bolts to clamp front and rear shell together and I suggest some silicon between the two halves before you tighten for a good seal. If in doubt feel free to ask.
