This is a gear wheel to replace the bigger gear of an electric tow hook of the BMW E60/E61. There are three gears in the transmission. This is the middle one, so the biggest one and doesn't break that often. A part of the smaller one that drives directly the spindle can be found on GrabCAD.com Regarding the installation The gearhousing can only be opened, if the towhook is in the Retracted Position When the trailer hook is extended, the housing of the gearbox must be opened as far as possible and pierced with a screwdriver. Try turning the gears with the screwdriver so that the spindle expands. Good Luck! Zahnrad als Ersatz für das große Zahnrad in der BMW E61 Anhängerkupplung Es gibt drei Zahnräder im Getriebe. Wenn die AHK ausgefahren ist, muss man das Gehäuse soweit möglich öffnen und mit einem kleinen Schraubendreher die Zahnräder drehen (durch den Schlitz stochern). Viel Erfolg!
