Wanted to fit some led headlights to my 1990 BMW e30, however the rear cover doesn't allow the space required, so made a quick cover that just fits to the headlight as per the original cover. Once printed this requires a small foam seal (may be possible to reuse the original and a 16mm cable gland to provide waterproofing, I printed with the larger open oriented up and the cable gland thread on the bed. supports on the outside only, these came off really easy, print time for myself was around 8hrs at fairly conservative speeds.
