I splurged on a 3D printed half cage for my BMPCC 4K, only because I've got the cash to spare on the camera itself. Of course, if you're like me and can't scrounge up another $200 for the rig, then maybe it's not worth the investment. I primarily use this setup stationary, but I do venture out occasionally. If your camera meets its demise due to a faulty 3D print, don't come crying to me – you should've invested in a higher-quality cage.
