BMO - Sitting, with faces to change

BMO sits proudly on your monitor, its colorful presence impossible to ignore! Painting printed models isn't my thing, so I designed BMO with interchangeable parts that can be printed in various colors and assembled together. The figure also features changeable faces and a blank face plate for you to draw your own expression. I haven't printed it yet, but everything should come out just fine. Supportive structures are included for the hands and feet, as well as the main body - the hole for the face has a long bridge to ensure stability. For the main body color, I recommend using Polymaker's perfect PLA shade, "Polymaker Teal." It's a beautiful hue that brings BMO to life! 2016-12-11 Finally printed and he's absolutely adorable! Some notes: I scaled all files up by 200%, which somehow messed up the scale. If I print another one, I'll use a 0.25mm nozzle for the buttons - they're just too small to print accurately with my current settings. For the faces, I used two layers and printed them in alternating black and white. The first layer was all black, but it looked terrible. By switching to white on the second layer, I gave BMO some much-needed depth. His eyes and mouth are now easily noticeable! I've posted a corrected body mesh that should print nicely. Some weird points were sticking out from the back, causing issues with the first layer. The two small buttons are tiny and difficult to print accurately, so I'll enlarge them next time. With a bit of effort, cleaning up the little pieces (about 10 minutes' work) will make BMO look fantastic! 2016-12-14 I've updated the STL files, modifying the back of the body for smoother printing. I also enlarged the details on his back and increased the size of the two small buttons so they print better. BMO now sits proudly on my monitor and even takes a ride in my car from a rearview mirror - I simply drilled a hole (or rather, two holes at a 45-degree angle) on top of the body for the cord to hang him securely.
