It is important to understand that the airflow is large enough. but does not interfere with printing. However, H-BOT and Core X/Y designs can hardly be used in printers without a significant limitation of the print area. Unlike the previous version created by me, air flows are optimized, and the ability to adjust the airflow in height is also added. The figures show the calculation of the flows with the correct installation. Important: For proper airflow. it is necessary to set the airflow nozzles 1 mm above the tip of the extruder nozzle. To install, you must use: 2 radial fans 5015; 2 nuts M3 in the mounting plate; 2 screws M3 * 20 fastening the air nozzles; 2 screws M2 * 10 fastening the circuit board to the radiator; 2 screws М3*30/25 fastening fans 5015 to airflow nozzles 2 screws M3 * 5/10 fastening the BL touch to the circuit board. Use screws that are the right length for you. The height of the sensor location is adjusted by placing washers between the mounting plate and the sensor mounting lugs; There is a sensor wire bracket on the circuit board, use nylon ties to fix it. It is necessary to print from PETG or ABS with 100% infill. It is necessary to use supports only from the table when printing the nozzle as needed (often only overhanging at an angle of 90 degrees).
