I designed this mechanism to provide a rapid way of detaching the tool head, whether for inspection or attaching a laser head. The enclosure I created inspired me to develop a quick and reliable method for inspecting the head, while also allowing me to view the print nozzle from behind. To achieve this, I removed all equipment except the hotend, ezabl, and blow funnel near the build plate. The design enables me to place the ezabl/blower on either side and utilize the extra holes in the tool holder for attaching additional components. I will update this post with more photos once everything is operational again.
