BMG Tusk Mount for Precision Piezo Orion and E3D Volcano

I wanted to switch from the Berd-Air part cooling to the Tusk part cooling setup because I wanted a quieter printing experience. To make this work, I needed a mount for the Tusk that would position it correctly when using a Bondtech BMG Extruder, a Precision Piezo Orion Module, and an E3D V6 Volcano hotend. The mount utilizes the two existing side screw locations from the BMG, but you will need to replace the current 35mm screws with 45mm screws. I also use a heated nut insert to secure the Tusk to the BMG Mount. Since I'm still building my HEVO, I haven't fully tested this setup yet, except for assembling it. However, it should work without any issues as it positions the nozzles where they need to be and is adjustable.
