It's a tube holder for BMG clone extruder for using with https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4928978 crab on Ghost 5. It keeps a tube in center and makes a disassembling a little bit easier. The sizes/diameters are adopted to my extruder/tube, so, perhaps you need to adjust a scale and hole extension in a slicer.
