I designed a custom spacer to enable users to replace their stock bowden coupler with their preferred M6-4mm coupler on their BMG (clone) 3D printer. This adapter allows for flexibility in material selection and is compatible with all BMG models, including clones. The design is optimized for tight clearance, accommodating various types of flex materials. I personally use the all-metal bowden coupler found locally in Sweden but acknowledge that users may prefer more affordable options or wish to upgrade when necessary. I have since added versions for M4 and M10 couplers, and users are welcome to request additional sizes based on their specific needs. The initial design file is named BMG_bowdencoupler.stl and features the M6 version. Happy printing, and feel free to share your creations with others!
