BMG-M and Mosquito Hotend RHD Mount

<p>This mount works for PrinterMods MDD, BMG-M and Mosquito Hotend, with a RHD Fan Duct by RH_Dreambox. The duct is the "RHD Fan duct for MK3 Bondtech BMG Mosquito" https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4217188</p><h3>Print instructions</h3><p>I designed this for the PrinterMods MDD V1.3 Direct Drive Kit, with a Bondtech BMG-M and Mosquito Hotend. &nbsp;You will need a 5015 fan, two brass threaded inserts (heatset), superglue, and various m3 bolts and nuts.</p><p>Print two of the MDD_BMG_Mosquito_Fan_Mount. One is used to mount the fan duct the other is used for cable management.</p><p>Print one MDD_BMG_Mosquito_Baseplate.</p><p>Print one RHD Fan duct for MK3 Bondtech BMG Mosquito.</p><p>Insert the heatsets into the left and right holes on the baseplate. These will be used to attach the two MDD_BMG_Mosquito_Fan_Mount. Attach the BMG-M/Mosquito to the baseplate. Then attach the baseplate to the PrinterMods MDD. Finally Attach the MDD to your printer.</p><p>Glue the 5015 fan to the fan duct. Screw the fan duct to the MDD_BMG_Mosquito_Fan_Mount with an m3 bolt and nut. The fan mount goes on the side closer to the front of the printer. Loosely attach the mount/fan/duct to the baseplate with an m3 bolt. Adjust the height of the duct to about 2mm off the print surface. Tighten the mount to the baseplate.</p><p>The second MDD_BMG_Mosquito_Fan_Mount goes on the right side of the baseplate and can be used for strain relief/cable management.</p><p>There is plenty of room for an ABL mounted on the left side. I am using an EZABL.</p><p>Use PETG/ABS and .2mm layer heights, infill 40%+, 4 walls, 5 bottom/top layers, no supports. I used carbon fiber PETG.</p>
