<p>When installing V6 hotend as direct drive set-up I noticed the seating is not solid. For some reason one side of BMG body has too narrow (-1.4mm) seating on the front cover (see the red lines). That allows the hotend wobble.</p> <p>Printing two 0.7mm shims will make the connection solid, one the both side of the hotend neck. Adding a couple layers tape will make connection even more solid.</p> Category: 3D Printer Extruders
