I have abandoned this design due to its lack of user-friendliness. It was too big and complex, making it difficult for me to take apart for maintenance. I've come up with something better: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4627979. This new version flips the part cooling fan around so that air comes from outside, and allows you to attach a sensor mount of your choice. Mounting the sensor directly to the piece has proven problematic when it breaks or changes size. Since I use an 18mm inductive sensor, I've included a file for mounting one of those sensors. The BL touch is still supported, but I recommend printing with supports, which means a lot of cleanup. I made some minor adjustments inside the hotend cooling fan part (Fan_1 V4), which left too much air flowing on top of the hotend. To minimize this airflow, I added some material to that area. This part was printed in ABS since it's close to the hotend. Securing the fan assembly to the hotend or carriage was a challenge. I solved it by using a small piece of sheet metal from some flashing and drilling holes for it to attach to the sensor mount.
