BMG direct drive mount for Aquila with Briss Moto Fan duct and 40mm fans Nothing special - it works just fine. Mine, printed in ABS, shows no play at all and fits right from the print-bed. Two-parts - for easier printing. BMG tensioning bolt clears the upper part of the frame without any problems. Print settings I've used 0.4mm nozzle, 0.5mm line width, 50mm/s, 0.2mm layer height Lower part prints without any problems, laying flat on its back. No supports are needed. Notice that there are no support on the second overhang too. Upper part prints better on a raft with build-plate only supports. If your slicer will want to support any of the 5 mount holes for the stepper motor - block them, they are perfectly printable as is. I've tested it on my printer and it is not tuned perfectly yet.
