X Axis Carriage & Mount for BMG Extruder & Mosquito Hotend with Integrated Blower Fan Ducts This custom-designed X axis carriage is engineered to fit Replicator 1, CTC, Wanhao D4, and similar printers equipped with an 8mm shaft and LM8UU or IGUS linear bearings. To assemble this carriage, you'll need the following components: - Slicer Engineering Mosquito Hotend (compatible with Mellow Crazy as well) - Bontech BMG Extruder - Four LM8UU bearings or Igus equivalent - Two 40x40x10 blowers for filament cooling fans (these will fit without screws, but there are screw holes available if needed) - One or two 20x20 fans that can be pushed into the heatsink from the front and pulled out from the back to circulate air - DC42 Duet IR Probe for bed leveling - Four M3x10mm head screws plus four nuts to secure the mount to the carriage After assembly, adjust your printer's steps/mm setting to 415 for the extruder and fine-tune it from that value.
