This is a comprehensive rebuild for the Ender 5. The extruder trolley is compatible with all 2020 aluminum profiles using Hiwin MGN12 2020. For BL touch, a small shim can be used to adjust the height according to the heating block design. It is specifically designed for the E3D V6. I have installed water cooling, which matches the V6 dimensions in every way, although I have not tested it with a fan on the original setup. For the idle mode, use ball bearings from the black wheels as shown in the pictures. To assemble the extruder trolley, use the long M3 screws that secure the belt guard at the X engine.
