This adapter allows You to fit a generic BMG dual gear extruder clone instead of the stock extruder designed by Prusa. As reported by others add to the start gcode M92 E415 and swap blue and red wires of the motor cable to reverse the motor direction. Placing it as in the screenshot doesn't need supports.
