BMG Bowden Tube Slip Fix

I like the BMG-style extruders but keeping the Bowden tube in place has always been a problem. Most fixes require you to buy a threading tap and a screw in Bowden retainer. I bought the required stuff and it would not work for me the hole in the extruder was to big for the tap to do anything.
